駐車場について
第一、第二、第三駐車場がございます。
フロントにて受付後、スタッフの指示にしたがい先着にて第一、第二、第三の順に駐場していただきます。第一、第二駐車場は会場付近です。第三駐車場の場合、駐車場から会場まで徒歩10分位程度要します。第三駐車場に止めるお客様に限り、フロントにて荷物を降ろしていただいてから駐車を行っていただいても結構です。
Parking
There are 3 different parking spaces.Please park following the venue staff’s instruction after admission.The 1st and 2nd parking space is close to the venue. 3rd parking lot is approximately 10minutes walking distance. For people who park in the 3rd parking space will be permitted to leave your luggage at the reception in advance.
テントチケットについて
テントチケットとはご自身でテントをご用意していただき、テントエリア内にテントを1張りしていただく為のチケットになります。テントを2張りされたい場合は、テントチケットを2枚ご購入ください。当日、22〜23日の間の1泊でのご利用となります。
もし、テントとは別にタープを建てたい場合、別途テントチケットをもう１枚ご購入ください。
※テントの設営場所は早く来られた方からとなります。

車でお越しの場合
ナビを使用の際はご注意ください。 位置がずれて案内される事があります。東名三ヶ日インターを降りたらすぐに左折します。（JAみかんちゃんが目印）（信号機はありません）（三ヶ日インターより車で10分以内で会場に着きます）三ヶ日インター付近のマップ製作中。

温泉 営業時間・入浴料について
浜名湖 レークサイド プラザの敷地内にあるクラッセ 横温泉棟のご利用となります。
会場より車で10分程度の場所となります。※会場内にお風呂はございません。
※当日の方は、1,600円となります。あらかじめ、チケット購入をお願いします。
※ご利用の際は、フロントへ行く必要はなく、直接クラッセ横温泉等にお越し下さい。

チケット・入場に関して
※アルコールの持込みは一切禁止です。持込まれた場合は没収させていただきます。
※会場内のゴミ捨て場は分別を行っております。ゴミは指定の場所に捨てるようお願い致します。
※QRコード、印刷済みのQRコード又はチケットはエントランスにてお1人様ずつリストバンドと交換のうえご入場ください。再入場は可能です。
※中学生以下は保護者同伴の場合に限り入場無料となります。保護者の方はお子様にケガ・事故等がないよう十分ご注意ください。
※チケットの譲渡・転売は固くお断り致します。このような行為による入場が発覚した場合は、法的措置を取らせていただきます。
※偽造チケットの使用、不正入場が発覚した場合、直ちに身柄を警察署に引き渡し、損害賠償を請求いたします。
※火気、花火、危険物および法律で禁じられている物の持込み、使用は禁止です。発見した場合は直ちにご退場いただきます。
※チケットお申込後の変更・キャンセルはお受けできませんのでご注意下さい。
運営に関して
※会場内外において、他のお客様のご迷惑になるような行為を行ったり、係員の指示に従わない方については、強制的に退場していただきます。
その際、チケットの払戻し等は一切致しません。
※雨天決行します。ただし台風や大雨など開催不可能な荒天は除きます。
※出演アーティストのキャンセルや変更、本番中の中止等をやむを得ず行う場合がございます。これに伴うチケットの払い戻しは行いません。
※やむを得ず運営上のルールを変更する場合がございます。これに伴うチケットの払い戻しは行いません。

Tickets and Admission
＊Bringing drinks from outside is prohibited and will be confiscated if found.
＊Garbage disposal only in designated areas.
＊Please exchange your QR code, printed QR code or ticket at the admission for the wristband. Re-entry is permitted.
＊Free admission for 12 years or under if accompanied by an adult. The organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents, mishaps, injuries with the negligence of personal safety.
We ask you to be responsible for your own and your children’s action.
＊Transfer, re-sell of tickets is strictly prohibited. If such acts is discovered legal actions will be taken.
＊If the use of counterfeit tickets, illegal entrance is discovered, we will immediately hand over custody to the police and any damages will be claimed.
＊Bringing fire, fireworks, hazardous materials, anything illegal are forbidden. If it is discovered, you will be forcefully ejected from the venue and claim any damages.
＊Any exchange or cancellation will not be accepted after ticket purchase.
Management
＊Please refrain from disregarding other customers within and outside the venue. In such cases, you will be forced to leave the venue without refunds of the ticket.
＊The event will take place despite weather condition except for these circumstances: typhoon, strong storms, natural disasters. The tickets will not be refunded.
＊Artists line-ups are subject to change or cancel. There shall be no refunds due to artist’s line-up changes, cancellation of the artists, and change of performances.
＊Management rules are subject to change. There will be no refunds due to the change.
